Crixco Terms & Conditions — Complete Version

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Crixco platform and all services associated with it. Crixco website (crixco.bet), mobile app, or any other channel, you are fully accepting these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bengali so that members in Bangladesh can easily understand them. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Crixco reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Crixco, the following conditions must be met:

Crixco strictly prohibits underage gaming. We may verify your age and identity at any stage of registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until bonus wagering requirements are fully met.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games on Crixco:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Crixco reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Crixco is not liable for disconnections during live betting; only confirmed bets are considered valid.
• Crixco reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.

If suspicious activity is detected in any market, Crixco reserves the right to suspend that market or review the settlement of related bets. In all betting disputes, Crixco's decision is final.

Sport-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are listed separately alongside each market. Please read them before placing a bet.

Crixco regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is claimed.
• Each member may use a promotion only once.
• Using multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Crixco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses may be forfeited if misuse is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crixco and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Participating in match-fixing or sports fraud — this also constitutes a criminal offence.
• Creating Multiple Accounts or using another person's account.
• Use of software or bots attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Money Laundering Or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Arbitrage Betting Or any manipulation of the system for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or glitch on the Crixco platform.

Crixco reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC document verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection.
• Issues with third-party servers or payment gateways.

Crixco may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.
